Would You Burn Fat by Doing the Same Kind of Cardio, but Just Adding the Sauna Suit.?

i have read some answers, but not what i thought.

so lets say, jumproping would burn fat, a lot, but if you add sauna suit, wouldn’t it be the same fat burning route, but more??? do you know what I’m saying?

    I understand what you are saying. I recommend not add sauna suit. Yes you can burn fat by doing cardio. I give you very effective link for best cardio.

    Using the suits of any type can be dangerous. It can lead to dehydration and even heat stroke which may cause death. Best to be sensible and go about weight loss in a safe manner. Also sweating doesn’t always equate to fat loss. Best to use cardio in conjunction with healthy eating and resistance training.
