Would Going Into a Sauna Help Me Lose Weight?

I occansionaly like going into saunas, not cause im gay, sick perverts, but its a russian tradition. Does this help you lose weight. serious inquiries please.
so when you sweat you burn mostly fat or carbohydrates?

    yes it does cuz in a sauna u burn sweat which leads to burning fat and eventually lose weight.

    probably not unless yur in there an awful long time, and it would just be a lil water weight, in order to lose weight u must burn off more energy than what u consume, best way is aerobic activity, get the ticker pumping…

    not really. If you wanna lose weight, follow this regimen:
    1. eat breakfast at 6:30am
    2. drink water all day long
    3. aerobic exercise 20 min/day (running, walking, raise ur heart rate) work your way up to 1 hour/day
    4. eat lunch at the same time every day and eat lots of fruits and vegetables.
    5.Eat a mid afternoon snack of fruit
    6. Eat a light dinner
    If you follow this regimen you will see results in about 1 month

    yes but only a bit. actually, the excretion of the sweat helps u to lose weight. n exrcise is the best solution

    This is such a big myth! Going to a sauna will NOT help you lose any weight. All you lose in a sauna is water in your body. You will become dehydrated and the apparent weight loss due to the lost water is only temporary.

    Loosing weight is all about what you eat , how much you eat and how you actually do the eating.
    The best way to loose wait is to go on a special diet for sometime and not what you’ve done.Consult the doc.

    Yes, you will loose weight, not FAT! The weight is nothing but sweat. Drink some water and gain it all back.
    To lose weight, eat fewer calories than you burn. Either exercise more or eat less, preferably both.

    sauna help in sweating,so u loose the water from Ur body,after sauna if u make a sport u will loose weight more than doing sports without sauna,because sport after sauna bUr fats directly,ur body doesn’t have to loose water then carbohydrates then fat
