Will I Loose Weight Using Sauna Belt?

I want to loose the weight. Will i loose the weight using the Sauna Belt. Is there any side effects for using it. Please tell me. How much of the weight i can loose from it.

    You may lose a bit more weight by using one, but only grams not kilos. All this device does is make you sweat. This dehydrates your body which you then replenish by drinking water.

    Exercise and healthy sensible sized portions are the ONLY way to lose weight properly. I wish the world would understand this and stop these unscrupulous companies selling rubbish to desperate (and often vulnerable) people.

    It is water weight, it will make you slimmer for about 2 hours, but it certainly will not make you look less fat. The only real way to loose weight is through diet, cardio and weightlifting
