Will a Sauna Damage My Invisalign Trays?

Will a sauna’s heat damage my Invisalign Trays? Should I take them out before going in? anyone have any experience with this?

    probably not if you keep your mouth shut but most people dont since they are hot and sweating. i wouldnt just to be on the safe side because i dont know the temperature you will be going in, but its not really worth it. if you figure you are gonna spend an hour in a sauna you are safe with taking the trays out for an hour rather than ruining them
