Ok so i started my weight loss fiascal mid summer and dropped from 255 to 180 (my weight im at now) and now im trying to cut my body, get a 6 pack and what now and am on my way there!, But in order for me to do that i got to drop a lil more weight im thinkin 10-15ish tops and start lifting weights (well im lifting them now) but not lifting to intensely. But no matter what i do i cant seem to drop from 180! i can go jogging for 5 miles, hit the gym do another 40 mins on the tredmeel, hit the sauna and sweat like mad. But the weight will not go! ive been eating pretty healthy, alot of water and alot of fruit. Ive been trying xenedrin rfa and it does not seem to work for me? And help will be helpful! Thanks!!
Ok thanks guys that helps but here myspace.com/index.cfm?fuseaction=user.viewprofile&friendid=9516479 . That should give you a general idea of where im at. Ya im thinking that im building muscles and loosing at the same time. sooo should i stop lifting since i indeed do want to loose more weight? any tips you guys can give me? Having a 6-pack is not only caused by losing fat. It is also caused by building up, developing the muscles of the midsection, like any others.
Also, do not look in the mirror and expect to see your abs. When you look at muscle mags, those pics are taken using special lighting effects that bring out muscular definition. For example, a very bright, strong light must be directly overhead and the room completely dark. Another technique is to go out in the summer sun at high noon when the sun is directly overhead. So don’t think you will look like the pics in the magazines. It is all done with lights you know.
Bodybuilders, when they are not flexing and posing under special lights, don’t look all that different from the average athlete.

If your lifting weights your burning fat and building muscle. Don’t always trust the scale my friend.

You may be gaining a lot of muscle instead of losing weight, that’s what you want to do.
