What Is the Purpose of "wet" and "dry" Saunas in Gyms?

I know they can be used for relaxation but do saunas serve any weight loss or fitness purposes and what exactly is the difference between them?

one is "WET" and the other is DRY" lol……it has to do with the amount of water or steam in the air.

I think wet sauna’s open your pores and releases sweat, and dry just makes you sweat. They are both supposedly good for you.
