What Is the Difference Between a Steam Room and a Sauna.?

My gym has a sauna and steam room side by side, I’ve always wondered what was the difference in the two services. I know one is dry heat and the other is wet heat but should I use both rooms one after the other or just use one not the other.

Don’t use them one after the other; you’d expose your body to too much heat. There may be a 20 minute time restriction posted.

Scroll around this link devoted to each.

A steam room is a big space that is filled with steam ( Usually in a pool) and a Sauna is just full of heat, and no steam

Whichever one you prefer. You should try both of them and then later see which one you were more comfortable in. Whichever one suits your needs would be the one.
