    Excercise and eat a high protein diet. No snacking and walk a lot

    All you will lose in a sauna is water not fat ….the first drink of water upon leaving and its all back on !!!

    The only weight you will lose in a suauna is water, which your body quickly needs to replace. You cannot sweat off fat.

    you will only lose water weight-= when you drink and eat it will come back- belive me ive tried it

    You shouldn’t spend more than 15 mins. in a sauna.Saunas are made to sweat so you detox. You don’t lose weight, you just lose water. To lose weight you should diet and exercise.

    Run wearing plastic tight around your belly, then stretch for 20 minutes in the sauna. Do this 5 days a week. 1 mile the first 2 days then 1.5 for 2 days then 2 miles for 2 weeks. then 3 miles. Eat piles and piles of red meat, eggs, and cheese, and nothing else. In a month, you’ll be a sexy bitch like me.
