What Is the Best Infrared Sauna?
I’ve been looking for an infrared sauna for awhile and am having a hard time picking one. One that I’ve been looking at is Sunlight Sauna. Does anyone know much about them? What would you recommend and is it ok to buy one online? Any info would be helpful. Thanks.

Infra red saunas heat using emitted IR energy (in fact it is mid-infra red as you can see it). The only difference between it and traditional saunas is…well nothing really apart from the steam.
If you want EXACTLY the same effect as an IR sauna, get an electric heater (the ones that glow orange, either halogen or the old fashioned single/twin bar kind) and sit close to it. Or use an electric radiator and sit close to that (this will be IR too, just not the visible kind).
Save your money because saunas are good for nothing and IR saunas are just a new twist in extracting money from consumers.
