What Do You Think of This Schedule?

Monday and Wednesday: Track and Field Practice from 3 to 5 pm.
Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday: 30 to 50 minute cross training workout on a treadmill, including weights. And after My thurs. tues. fri. workouts, about 15 to 20 minutes in a home sauna to relax my muscles…
Then Saturday and Sunday are my resting days…

Is this good enough? Or should I workout more or longer?

    You didn’t say exactly what your trying to accomplish but running for so long on a treadmill will mess up your shins

    It is not a good idea to exercise 5 consecutive days and then rest for 2 consecutive days. Rest on a Sunday and Wednesday and exercise on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday.
