We Won an Infrared Sauna! #461

www.therenegadehealthshow.com – Yep! We won an infrared sauna recently, but haven’t been able to use it because we don’t have any room in the RV for a two person sauna! Annmarie’s sister has been using it at their house and she’s been loving it. Check it out…

far infrared increases healing dramatically. It detoxifies the body, it makes the skin look much younger. It can causes the body to regenerate up to 5 times faster.

I have like three times, I didn’t really like it, however I don’t really like saunas, so to each their own.

How cool for you! Unfortunately I can’t use a sauna because I have a problem with my blood vessels dialating too much, but I’m sure it feels great!

I have 1x, Infrared red waves are the healing rays of the sun without the somewhat harmful UV rays of the sun, Ive been looking into getting 1 too! green with envy! :P lol there are cermamic heaters carbon heaters and I read there are actually infrared saunas made with tourmaline heaters, tourmaline in stone that releases infrared waves as well as negative ions, tourmaline helps to release mucous, if I do get a sauna, Im going to get some tourmaline rocks to just place inside around the sauna :)

I live in Finland, and a sauna is almost everyone’s weekly routine in here.

When I lived in Japan, the health spa near my house had a far infrared stone spa room- it was HEAVENLY and always felt like a million bucks every time I used it. <3
