Was This a Healthy Breakfast? Good Weight Loss Plan?

I am on a diet to lose weight. Today, at 11:30am, I ate 2 sunnyside-up eggs cooked with quality olive oil. In addition, I ate a piece of rye toast with hummus. I also had some sweet peas, tuna in water, and a fresh salad with some olive oil for seasoning. *This may seem like a lot, but I am not eating anything else until like 5:00 and am swimming at a pool in between meals and sitting in a dry sauna. Also, I’m in relatively good shape. I do tennis, boxing, and swimming. I’m just trying to lose weight around my midsection( define abs, lose love handles.)

you might want to swap out the sunnyside-up eggs for egg whites. the yoke in an egg contains no nutritional value. its pure fat. and not the good kind. the egg whites are where all the nutrition from eggs are found. and its less fat. the tuna and peas and salad was lunch or breakfast? if its breakfast, its too much. you need to eat lunch. constantly eating throughout the day helps keep your metabolism going. especially if you are as active as you say you are.

First of all, use Pam cooking spray (0 calories) and eat only egg whites. The toast and hummus sounds good, and maybe add in a piece of fruit so you will have a balanced breakfast.

The other food you mentioned should have been eaten for lunch a few hours later to keep your metabolism going). Then you can have a healthy, protein and veggie-filled dinner.

I learned myself through years of dieting experience that small, frequent meals is the best and fastest way to lose – especially in your stomach area!

Crunches and sit ups are perfect for tightening your abs. But you must remember that when you work out, you need lots of protein. Vegetables, lean meat, eggs, brown rice, wheat and oat bran, and dairy products like milk and cheese are considered as healthy meal perfect for your diet especially when you’re exercising. You can avoid this unwanted belly by having a healthy eating habit.
