Sauna or Steam Room for Weight Loss?

Hey all,

I’ve been working out a lot lately and I was wondering which one (Sauna or Steam Room) is better for weight loss?

Thanks!
I meant to say that I’ve been using the treadmill and swimming (working out) a lot. I would like to know which one of these would be better to help with weight loss.

Weight loss involves the loss of adipose tissue, or body fat. All a steam room or sauna accomplishes is water weight reduction (sweat). It is a practice used by dieters and weight controlled athletes like boxers, wrestlers, and MMA and has lead to deaths in college athletes. Exercise and eat when you are hungry, stop when you are full, if you follow that, you will lose weight.

Youll just lose water weight and eventually become dehydrated with either. To lessen this effect, drink water in the suana, just as you would when exercising in the gym.
