Sauna Acne Treatment
Go To AcneErasingSecrets.com Sauna Acne Treatment is great! Sauna’s are great for cleansing toxins and the pores. They detox toxins, metals and more. Sauna’s also improve circulation and blood flow as well, this means that more nutrients are carried to your skin’s surface and this heals and clears the skin up quicker. Sauna’s detox your body both internally and internally and make your nutrition in your body more efficient and effective. Sauna’s also cause “hypothermia” which is basically recognized by the body as a fake fever because of the heat and temperature change of your body. This causes your immune system to produce more white blood cells which fight viruses, disease, bacteria (which causes acne) and more. I highly recommend the “sauna acne treatment” Please favorite, comment, like and share this video! David “The Skin” King
@SuperLechaim Those products don’t work… I don’t recommend them at all. I wouldn’t go on accutane, my brother was born on a birth defect because of accutane… You can actually see it in my latest video called “benzoyl peroxide and accutane” Please don’t listen to random youtube’ers who give advice but haven’t learned yet! Watch my videos and see what you think
@dunne00 Bad advice, don’t do it… it’s not a safe drug.
keep following your passion, it is clear you are well researched and passionate about enlightening otters their are other options available. Doctors are human and l
Sorry I didn’t finish, I was writing that doctors are human, rushed, and not educated of the full spectrum of healing and more safe options available, not to mention the RX companies are pushing. There is a lot of great information on the Internet. I think it’s awesome at your young age that you are taking this on. Stay strong to the nasayers. I have a in infrared sauna and found your video to show my daughter to help her with her acne. I was happy to find you vid because I think you would be s
@diane2255 Thanks! I appreciate the support! it means a lot
i love ur vids .. so informative .. thank you so much … but i have a question … would u explan to me how saunna give me the benefit of a workout ?? and for how long i shoulld stay in Sauna ??
@ho444444ney thank you so much, I really appreciate it and it means a lot to me. Sauna’s don’t really give the same benefit as a workout… The benefit is that when you go in a sauna your body detoxes and you cleanse some impurities through your body and from your skin. So it’s just great to open the pores and sweat… just be hydrated before you go in and drink water after you get out to make sure your body stays hydrated. 15 minutes in a sauna is fine, depends on the temp too just sweat lol
@acneerasingsecrets i have a sauna in my house what temperature is optimal?
@SuCKeRPunCH187 Honestly, whatever temperature is comfortable for you… To just get in the heat and sweat is cleansing for your body and pores/skin so that process is good… Just sweat some then wash the sweat off and that helps remove dead skin cells, toxins and impurities from the pores.
@acneerasingsecrets is it a good idea to exercise, work up a sweat and then use a a sauna or steam room
@SuCKeRPunCH187 Yeah that’s fine, that’s actually good because your body is moving and detoxing then you really pull the sweat and things out… just make sure to drink a lot of water and stay hydrated.
holla!!!!
love your videos!
I wish I had time to sit and watch them all!!
How do you feel about those facial saunas you can buy from stores? I’m sure it’s not as good as the gym saunas, but would it be worth using one??
@busybonnie It’s funny that you mention that b/c I just found out about these the other day… I would say that it’s worth it for sure! Thanks for the comment.
@acneerasingsecrets Nice! I’m gunna go buy one right away! =)
@busybonnie cool, enjoy!
So this doesn’t include dry saunas?
@kelsweety1 Sauna’s are good overall! I recommend dry sauna’s too because you swat and your pores cleanse and unclog (once you wash your skin after) so both are good! Thanks for the comment!
@acneerasingsecrets Also, I know this has nothing to do with saunas, but I was wondering if by taking a multivitamin pill daily has any affect, good or bad on your skin? Thanks!!!
@kelsweety1 Vitamins are good but I would recommend getting these vitamins in your diet and instead taking supplements like herbs or something like that… Hope this helps.
hey david since saunas are good i was wondering since im a thin person will it make me lose weight i want clear skin but i dont wana lose some pounds to get skinnier? Thanks
one more question i have heard that you have to clean your face after sauna with any moisturizer because if not if you leave the bacteria left on your skin (face) will just stay there and create more acne. Is this true? o.o
@AgentZero1207 I’ve never heard that bacteria will be left on your face specifically but I do recommend to rinse/wash your face after a sauna to remove sweat because it’s something that can cause problems… so definitely wash or rinse your face after a sauna.
How long do you have to stay in the sauna like 3 times a week 20mins ( i have no clue) ? And how long till you see results?. I signed up to a gym a couple weeks ago and it has a sauna i was thinking of using it for my acne so yea.Even after i workout if i go to the sauna will my sweat cause more acne after i get in the sauna or do i just clean it up with soap after the session in the sauna to not get more acne? Thanks David
