Need to Lose Weight for Wrestling?

i am 160lbs and 5feet 11inches. weight certification for wrestling is in a week (next monday). my goal is to get to 145. idc what it takes to get there what am i going to have to get down to this weight. i have access to weight and a sauna. a wrestling room stationary bike and i gym or hallways to run sprints or laps. any foods or workouts that would help with the weight loss would be appreciated. dont tell me its going to be unhealth because i know this.

    Run 5 miles each day. after school just run on the track then ride your bike. Drink water. don’t eat too much food.
