You SHOULD be nude in the sauna, the whole idea is to perspire, clothing of any type (e.g. swimwear, shorts) inhibits that function. You sit on a towel to avoid sweating into the wood.

sure u can be completely naked but put towel under u to not make direct contact with hot sides of the sauna, the heat may harm Ur testicles and affects the count of sperms.
