Is Water Weight Loss Legitimate Weight Loss?
if i wear a sauna suit or something like that when i work out, is the extra water weight thats lost gonna stay off? will the extra body heat help build the muscles and burn the fat i’m trying to lose? i’m walking 2 miles a day, plus doing some work with my husband’s weights. I want to lose at least 40 lbs, but hoping to end up losing about 60 lbs.
