To be honest, I’m not sure why you wear the sauna suit at all; those things are for nothing more than ridding your body of water weight, and you replace that if you drink a gallon of H2O during the workout. I suggest drinking water during the workout – that’s only prudent – but lose the suit.

My answer is no, go with more cardio and water-forget the suit.
