If I Were to Go Into a Sauna or Use Sweat Suit Will It Get Rid of the Water Retention?

or will it all come back the minute i drink water again? i have some water retention i want to get rid of, so i was thinking if i sweat it all out if i will lose the water weight for good. Can i do that, or will i gain back whatever water weight i lose the minute i drink water
I really want to know if it will or not, i dont want to get super sweaty if all the extra water weight is still going to be there.

water weight is a funny thing while its easy to lose its also easy to gain back, and while it may not all come back at once it will by no means stay gone, honestly the best thing you can start doing is proper diet and exercise.

If you hydrate then yes… your body will retain water if it is dehydrated. make sure you are drinking the daily recommended amount of water for your body weight. Going to the sauna on an everyday bases will keep water retention to a minimum when combined with drinking lots of water.
