I Need to Lose Weight, Pronto!

So there are exactly three weeks before school starts, and i’m looking to lose 10 lbs before then. I’m starting cross country practice next week, so I know that will help. But I need something to kick-start my weight loss ya know? Any ideas? Also, do sauna suits really work?

    Sauna suits are crap-tastic.

    Start running and dieting. Also, drink lots of water. They say you can lose an additional pound of weight a week just by drinking more water.

    skip the soda and junk food.

    JOG
    WATER
    GOOD DIET
    NO JUNK FOOD
    JOIN A GOOD SPORT
    And the weight should come off easily.

    you should eat right, and exercise regularly. do push ups, crunches, go for jogs, bike rides, and work out. push yourself (but not to hard) also get plenty of sleep, and make sure you eat enough nutrients.

    A sauna suit will dehydrate so your workouts will make you nauseous. Just work out, and limit your calories. You want to know a good way to take off pounds….stop eating dinner. Have a decent size lunch and just a few healthy snacks at night. I lost about 20lbs doing this. Try to schedule your workouts during times when people are eating so you won’t even notice you’re missing anyhting.

    Move more and eat less (not nothing just less)
