How Do You Mis-Treat a Sauna?

the company I work for is a caretaker/security company for rich people who have lots of big houses etc.
recently I’ve spent the last 2 months caretaking some mansion with 6 other guys, we do basic maintaince work on the building etc.
anyway we’re not supposed to party or do anything fun like use the swimming pool while "on site" and definatly we’re not supposed to use the brand new sauna, its only been installed!

I haven’t used it, but the other guys are using it daily for the last 2 months next month we got to hand the keys back to the owner and he is expecting a nice clean palace.

the electricity bill is going to be huge as everyday they leave it on for 6+ hours on full heat (100 degrees or somthing!) i would complain but one of them is my supervisor!

however today I noticed loads of sap/tar is leaking out of the pine wood in the sauna, and it stinks of 5+ men using it everyday!
I thought pine is a stupid material to use for a sauna, but anyway the sauna i’m guessing is ruinied and I haven’t a clue how to correct it.
I’m proberly going to get sacked!
the wood next to the infra red heater is dis-coloured, also the guys kept pouring water on to the infra red heater and I’m guessing all that steam isn’t too good for the sauna as a lot of the wood panels are buckled.

what can I do?
