Has Anyone Ever Used a Sauna Suit When Working Out?

I was wondering if anyone had ever used a sauna suit while exercising. If so what were the results. What are the best brands of suana suits? I have worn one while exercising and it seemed to really help keep me loose and limber, and I liked that.

i used one and all it did was make me sweat a lot. you only lose water weight, so as soon as you drink something it comes right back. there not very good for losing weight aspect, but they are excellent for keeping your muscles warm.

These are not a good idea. The reason they kept you "lose and limber" is because you got so hot. These are not healthy to use, they just cause you to overheat and sweat way too much. Your body overheats and is trying desperately to cool off by sweating. You would lose more faster without it, and your body could be comfortable and work the way it is supposed to work.
These suits are not successful, don’t you think you would see more people wearing them if they were? Be good to your body, just wear some baggy shorts and a t-shirt and exercise the normal way. These things went out years ago.

    Dumbest idea ever(no offense).
You need to be cool so you can use your muscles for a really long time.
Water weight is irrelevant. One glass of water puts it right back.
Wear clothes that keep you cool(EMS Techwick comes to mind, or similar).
