Far Infrared Sauna Treatment # 2
This is a video taken while in a far infrared sauna at the gym Muscle, Inc. The manufacturers of the sauna claim that the sauna can alleviate CFS and Fibromyalgia Symptoms and so I am starting 3-4 treatments per week for a half hour at a time. We’ll let ya know if it works.
Definitely keep me posted on how well this works. This place is in Stbg? I may have to check it out.
