Drinking Water=Weight Loss. Then Why Do We Need to Lose the Water Weight Too???
If drinking water is supposed to help lose weight then why are we supposed to sweat while we work out or sit in the sauna to lose the water we gained to lose weight???

fat holds onto water, lose fat then lose water also, but if all you do is sweat out water you will lose weight only to gain it back when you re-hydrate
Drinking water assists in weight loss because it is 0 kcal’s but uses energy to process from within the body, in addtion it reduces hunger and helps carry out excess heat from the body along with fatty acids and excess minerals. In itself, it doesnt really do much and should be appart of a moderate diet and exercise plan.
