Actually, the sauna is good for clearing the pores of the skin and in the process you may lose a pound or two…but its just water weight (fluid loss). Toxins accumulate in the skin in the pores and the steam and heat of the sauna opens the pores and your body’s sweat will flush out the toxins. It’s a good way to feel better but unfortunately it’s not a method of weight loss.

the sauna makes you sweat which can help you loose water weight. but that does not last at all. so no it does not help you loose weight.

It surely makes you swet so yes it’s a healthy way to loose weight.
Just have a sauna once a day for 30 minutes and you’ll see great results in a couple of months.
A nice diet will help your body to remove the exceeding fats too.

REMAMBER : to loose a lot of weight all at once is dangerous for your health! Go slow and you’ll be great :)

No. A sauna does not help you lose fatty weight. A sauna is good for the skin (pores) and respiratory system. Any weight lost from a sauna is water through our sweat. This will quickly be added back on once we consume food and liquids.

it makes you lose water weight temporally, as soon as you drink fluid the weight comes back

Yeah you can lose water weight from sweating but if you rehydrate you will gain the weight right back.

technically i guess yes. but it is really only water weight so when you drink something, it will be right back on. but to answer your question you will lose weight.

No in a sauna you are losing water weight, you are causing the water in your body to evaporate and so you be come lighter, but as soon as you rehydrate yourself the weight will have returned.
