Does the Excess Water Lost When Using a Sauna Suit to Exercise Stay Off for Good?

i’ve been using one to work out, i worked out five days in a row on a stationary bike for about 30mins to an hour. i noticed i lost weight and was less bloated so i was pretty excited. but yesterday i was gone most of the day so i didn’t have time to work out and this morning i weighed myself again and i weighed 3 pounds more than i did on friday.

The excess water does not stay off for good.
    We tend to re-hydrate quickly.
The body is careful to maintain its water content.
Fat loss can be more permanent.

Those toxins have defintely left your body thru the sweat. But to say it will stay off for good depends on what foods you eat and drink. Be careful about your diet from this point on to sustain the progression of weight loss.
