Do We Lose More Weight When the Weather Is Cold, or When It Is Hot?
This might be stupid to ask.. but I know we lose weight when the weather is hot, like in a sauna because we sweat. But on the other hand, we are supposed to burn more calories when we are cold because our metabolism works faster to heat our body. How does that work exactly?
