Not really. Not in the sense you are looking for. Saunas cause your body to heat up and therefore to sweat. That sweat causes an immediate loss of water. Water weight is just that, water weight. Actual fat loss does not happen with a sauna alone.
The weight you lose in sauna is NOT ONLY WATER WEIGHT. but no, you cannot lose wight by only going to sauna, the fat that you burn there is minimal. It does get rid of your bodys waste products though, which can help with diet.
