Do Sauna Belts Really Work?

Has anyone here ever tried the Sauna Slimming belt?

Does it uses heat to liquefy the fat in your abdomen?
I am thinking of getting one.

    They don’t work, you can’t just liquefy fat by heating up a few degrees.
