i sat in there at my gym today for about fifteen or twenty minutes and i really like it. can i lose weight doing this daily?

my dad sits in the sauna everyday to every other day for about 1 hr..and he has lost 25lbs in a month from it.
it works, a lot of people has never done it so they just
tell you NO..but it does help!
but its also because he ate healthier too,
but the sauna does help ya..
You’ll sweat out some water weight but it’s easy to gain back so it might help but not very much.

It can certainly help you expell liquids and water weight, but how much mass you would lose, I dont know.

It makes you sweat and you lose weight, but it’s just water weight. You’ll just gain it back by drinking later.
lol, I dont know about sitting but maybe running on the spot…sit-ups…you know all that fun stuff we all love to do…….
sweating helps lose weight, just stay hydraited.
