Can a Sauna Suit Technically Help You Lose Body Fat?

I just bought one with the intention of losing body fat but people tell me that it doesnt help with that at all. If thats the case then how do wrestlers stay so lean at my school? from what I have seen they practice in extreamly hot conditions resulting in them sweating more and losing alot of body fat thus staying lean (hence, sauna suit=sweat because it obviously gets hot in there) same thing with two a day practices, I lost alot of water weight and noticed a change in my weight as well as body fat. Sauna suits help you lose water weight if worn enough how do they help you lose body fat?

oh yeah logical and helpfull answers please
THANKS

They make you sweat and you only lose water weight in them things. I’m sure you can figure out ways to sweat without wearing a space suit. Total waste of money.

In all honesty, it makes you look awful — and that’s all. If you have aspirations of becoming a nurse, don’t expect much out of a "sauna suit". They make you hot as hell, and in the end, you appear as though you’re wearing cheap scrubs.

Hmm, I really don’t think so. It might help reduce water retention, but fat is a lot harder to get rid of than that. Instead, try staying away from sugary soft drinks, as those are laden with high fructose corn syrup, which is one of the major causes of obesity and fat gain. For more details, visit my source.
