Awesome! This guy is so cool to make all natural saunas. Way to go! I like that it gets the mercury out. Make sure to take a shower after to wash off the toxins. Body scrubbing helps as well.
Are facial tics and nothing else autism? And what is better, sauna therapy, chelation therapy, or some natural supposed chelator, like cilantro or garlic?
Facial tics can be part of tourette syndrome. Some kids with autism have tourettes and/or tics, but it doesnt define autism. As far as what are better therapies, i.e. sauna, chelation. It all depends on what one is treating. If heavy metals are a problem then chelation is better than sauna therapy. If chemical toxicity is the issue than sauna therapy is more appropriate than chelation therapy.

The gentleman in the video says sauna therapy is good for detoxing heavy metals, like mercury — not chemicals, from the body. Come to think of it, I’m not quite sure what chemical toxicity would be, except for maybe the Chernobyl nuclear disaster.
