#45 Rubber (Neoprene) Shorts Help to Lose More Weight?
They make you sweat like crazy- Read below For Health & Hair articles- www.4usnaturals.com Follow us http or twitter.com So we are still doing P90X and my boyfriend suggested I get some neoprene shorts to help with burning fat since they make you sweat. These shorts are also called compression shorts as I believe they help to stave off injury and keep in your heat. They are also called sauna shorts because I know they make you sweat. Will they work for losing weight in my stomach (belly) and thigh areas? I don’t know. I just know the exercises I did were harder to do and my underwear were so wet underneath that I had to hang them to dry. They definitely make you sweat. I just don’t know if that will be beneficial in losing weight and looking great. The fight against cellulite continues. Wish me luck. I’m rooting for you all too! I’ll keep you posted on what I notice about these shorts.
It does sneek up on yah for real. My tummy is huge and I really need to do something about it as I type!! SMH @ me!! I like the sacrfice breathing…that is a problem for me. I heard that you have to lose overall body weight, and I relly need to keep my butt. When I lose weight it goes away from my legs and butt first. **sigh** You really get good deals. I need a good camera any suggestions?
@KinkyNappyHappy Lol. You can do butt exercise to lift your butt after you lose the floppy fat. I wanna try Brazil Butt Lift. Right now I use the Canon Powershot SD780IS. Sony Cybershot was alright when I had it for a lil while too but my picture kept getting blurry every 30 seconds or so. This is like my 4th camera. Kodak Zi8 was cool but I didn’t know how to convert the format til now. Duh. It was also small though. Check CNET reviews for cameras
I am so looking for the stomach!!!??? I guess because you are so petite it probly feels that way to you. However, everytime you breath, I see the definition in your abs. So please stop beating yourself up, you are looking good girl.
@PinkIceJournies Lol. I know what you mean. When editing this I was like Ooh, Look at my stomach! It looks tight. Im so happy about that but I assure you it’s a pot belly & people think I’m pregnant. You can see it better in my last video #106 with my P90X results. It has gotten a little smaller but it doesn’t stay down. I’m hoping when I get better tone it will stay within a smaller range and I won’t have to worry about sucking it in. Also I might have been holding @ the beginning from habit.

Lookin’ good. That P90X is a beast. As far as the turban goes, you can pull it back exposing a bit more of your hairline and maybe make a two-strand twist bang like Simplyounique did in one of her vids. It was one of either the 4 protective style or 5 twist videos she has.
Stop being so hard on yourself. The exercise is working. Your stomach has gone down a lot. Good luck and keep up the hard work.

@naturallypeaceful There is something up with the shape of my head. It is too small. It looks even dumber when I pull it back. It has too much empty space. I’d have to pin it on in the back or it will just fall off. Lol. I might be able to make it work though.

@DariceHumphries I look so dumb in so many of them. I am starting to see what my acting teacher means. It looks like my head goes up like a hill at the top and something is up with my hook. It is just too oddly shaped and with my high cheekbones and somewhat harsh facial features it can be quite a doozy. I know theres something cute out there for me. I wish I could afford one of the expensive curly units. I think that would be right up my alley.

Can I firstly say how great your looking in terms of shape and skin quality, you’re looking better and better so big hug to you and keep on going, you’re amazing! Those shorts seem a great idea, 2 quick questions; should they ever accidentally rip do u think they’d be sew-upable? And do you usually wear these shorts with trainers/sneakers or bare feet? @blackbutterfliee They are so cute though. I wish my mom had shaped my head when I was a baby. I feel so neglected. Lol. I been wearing different wigs all week. The short ones are looking crazy too. I had them all balled up in bags and drawers so the shapes are messed up. I got my fingers crossed for this curly unit but scared to spend the money with my financial problems. I gotta see. Maybe I can fill the empty part with paper or braid hair. Lol. Im cracking me up now. HaHa.
@sweetcherrycrumble I saw someone mentioning sewing neoprene online with a sewing machine with polyester or nylon thread. They also addressed using neoprene cement on the edges after that to keep the rubbery part from seperating from the insulation stuff. I hope mine don’t rip. I feel bad because I skipped an exercise day this week due to cramps. I couldn’t do it and didnt want to. My bf wanted to make it up but P90X is too hard to do twice on another day. Please. It is just a lost workout!
The sweating is good, but do you have any concerns about yeast infections being that there is no air circulating and you are trapping the moisture? I know its gross, but as ladies we have to be careful about this stuff cause those infections are not fun at all! Best wishes with the P90x.
@prygirl Lol. Today I was sweating like crazy and my shorts were soaked like I was swimming and my underwear were wet and I told my bf I better take this wet stuff off before I get a yeast infection. Its so funny that you would ask that on the same day I thought about it. I am hoping that I will be alright as long as I take it off immediately and dry off my goods.
